Before we schedule a session with you, we have a few questions for you as well as you surely do for us. Generally though, we need 2-4 weeks notice to schedule a session properly for you. However, please give us a call any time you think you may need us and we will do whatever we can to meet your needs as we have multiple, well-trained photographers on our staff.
Time, date, location and contact names are required for us to check our schedule and at least tentatively book a session date for you. We send out a packet of information that includes a booking sheet so everyone is sure of all the details and the shoot can proceed very smoothly for everyone.
