All orders must be paid for in full with valid funds before any order is produced.
Each type of product we produce has varying production times. On the average, standard prints take 7-9 days until you receive them, other larger and custom-designed products can take up to 15 business days. Production time begins once an order has been paid for in full with valid funds.
While we are happy to assist you in any way we can in placing an order with us, fax orders cannot be completed until payment for the order is received by our customer service department.
Please feel free to utilize our fax number at 610-264-9639 to forward us any details about your order that you’d like. Please note again that no order is placed until we receive payment. If you send an order, placed on our website but printed out and faxed, please note we will call you to confirm all details but cannot assure as much accuracy with the order as we could if you placed it online with our standard procedures.

For those of you that choose to pay by check, you may print out your order from our site and then mail that form along with payment to our studio address.
All orders sent by mail, in order to assure accuracy, must have been placed on the website and printed out in order for us to fulfill them.
Our mailing address and other pertinent information will be on the order form you print out after completing your order
For those of you concerned with internet security, we do accept payment by check. You can mail your check along with your printed order to our address. You may also drop your check off at the studio with one of our studio staff during business hours, but it is highly suggested you call first to be certain someone will be available to assist you when you arrive.
Once the check has been received and has cleared, your order will be produced. Please realize some banks take up to 10 days to clear a check which may significantly affect turn-around time for your order.
A returned check fee of up to $75 may be assessed as well as any associated charges to collect funds due on any checks returned to us NSF. No further payment by check will be accepted from any persons submitting a check with insufficient funds
