Yes we can. The type, size and duration of the event though will determine
whether you may or may not want us to do this for you.

While, again, this depends on the size of the event, 90% of our events
are online and ready for viewing within 2 business days of the event. Smaller
events are online within 24 hours. The reason for this timing is that we
edit all of our images and remove anything that does not meet our quality
standards before we post them. Multi-day events, which can have as many
as 75,000 images, may take 7-9 business days due to the extensive editing
time required.

Every event we photograph remains online for 21 days minimally. Larger
events, and those that are popular with our ordering clients, are then posted
to our archive site for up to another 6 months at a slightly higher pricing
structure.

Absolutely! We review each and every image for focus, lighting, etc. before
we post them. Please keep in mind that indoor events which prohibit flash will
not have the same sharpness and lighting as those that allow flash or are taken
outdoors. This being said, we still provide the best quality action photos in
the area. The images are printed on high-quality professional, archival paper.

Once posted, we send an email to everyone that signed up for photo information
letting them know the images are ready to be viewed. Many times this email also
contains a password for a limited-time discount period for the photos for that
event.
- You proceed to our event list and look for your event alphabetically.
- Click on the event you wish to view.
- You will be asked for a password if your event is password-protected.
- Next you will see a welcome screen that describes briefly some of our policies
and ordering information, at the bottom of this screen you can click on “Click
here to view images” and you'll be taken to the first page of thumbnails
for your event.
- Click on any image to view larger. On the enlarged image page you will see
options to zoom in, view as black and white, add the image to a favorites folder
you create, view prices and place an order and finally view an online slideshow
of the images in that event. Additionally, you can send an email to your friends
and relatives to view the images as well from that page.
- Once you’ve selected your images and the products you want form them,
you can checkout your cart as you would with any other e-commerce website.

Standard size photos take 7-9 business days. Custom-designed collages,
large prints and specialty products such as mugs, mouse pads and the like
take up to 15 business days. Business days are defined as days all schools,
banks and government agencies are open for business.

starting from $125, and include name, number, event name, team name, colors
and logo, if on file. We are receiving national attention with these collages.
They involve a great deal of time and talented labor to produce and are a one-of-a-kind
product that many folks will treasure as family heirlooms for years to come.

On the order form located in each event, there is a sub-form that asks you
for the image numbers of each image you want on the poster as well as other
pertinent information about the graphics you want on the poster.
