  1. Do you offer fundraising?

    Absolutely. We offer various options and programs for fund-raising rebates for your program. The type, size, and length of commitment determine the fund-raising options available for your program. Please give us a call to discuss this exciting option.

  2. Are your photographers on time?

    We are approaching our 800th consecutive photo shoot that has started and ended on time. However, please realize when we conduct our photo shoots we stick to a schedule. If we are only 3 minutes late per team, after an hour we are already nearly 15 minutes behind and this causes a ripple effect through out the day. We ask all teams be told to arrive 10-15 minutes before their actual scheduled photo time so that the inevitable stragglers have the chance to be in the team photo. Each team/group is given a 15 or 20 minute window in which to arrive. At the end of that time window we photograph the group photo and begin the next group’s individuals to allow all their members to arrive. This process has proven to be the most fair and efficient for everyone involved. We take a great deal of pride in remaining on time and being respectful of everyone’s schedule.

  3. How is ordering and payment handled?

    All sports sessions involve order envelopes that each player fills out completely and inserts payment on photo day. Order envelopes vary from season to season as we add and modify our product line on a regular basis to make sure you have the most up-to-date products and designs for your sport or activity.

  4. Why are envelopes required?

    To keep our overhead and costs to a minimum and pass along those savings to you and your students/athletes or members, we generally utilize the prepaid order envelope system. All information for each photo a person wants is on a separate envelope and allows us to access this photo quickly and easily in the future, the envelopes are vital in this process.

  5. Can your photographers make change?

    In general, no. The many, many details they must pay attention to in the midst of a very hectic photo day require we do not add to that load by their making change. Additionally, the security risk of having them carry cash on them also precludes them from carrying change. If your session is of a large size or has a special condition that requires change to be made, we can discuss adding personnel for this purpose.

  6. Do you accept credit card payments?

    Yes, for team and individual photo sessions, we accept Visa and Mastercard. For studio sessions we accept Visa, Masercard, AMEX and Discover.

  7. Can I order more photos later?

    Yes you certainly can. In most cases, right from our archive website at www.specialtyphotoarchive.net.

  8. What happens if there is foul weather?

    This is an issue we discuss with you long before your session date and we schedule an alternate indoor location if possible. Also, as part of the details we discuss before your shoot, we have our photographers contact your photo coordinator at least 1 hour before the shoot and ask them to make the final decision as whether to continue to proceed with the session.

  9. What type of backdrops do you offer?

    We have many backdrops from which to pick for individuals as well as teams and groups. Please see greenscreen question below.

  10. Are greenscreen services offered indoors?

    Yes, they are. As one of the first Lehigh Valley photographers to add greenscreen to their list of sports and event photography services, we can make your choice of backdrops nearly unlimited. Due to the technical aspects of greenscreen, some limitations on backdrop size and cropping may apply to your particular sport or event.

  11. When will my photos arrive?

    Photos arrive from our lab 15 business days after the final day of your photos session(s). Each day the shoot is held for late payments, missing orders envelopes, etc. will add to the turn-around of your entire order. Photos are shipped insured, United Parcel Service to your photo coordinator or any other person you specifically designate.

  12. How do I go about scheduling?

    We strive to provide you the most efficient and error-free service possible. With this in mind we have a few forms for you to full out in order that we have all your details and everyone from our photographers, office staff and lab to your coaches, board and parents understand exactly what will happen and when.
